The Witching Hour

Somewhere on the outskirts of Gotham City lies a quiet dark room, occasionally occupied with the noise of creaking, aching, age-old wood. There, in the center of this abandoned living room between two glass-stained windows, rests a lone wall clock overlooking the room in what used to be filled with the hustling and bustling of family and friends. Tick, tick, tick…the only sound of life in this room. The hour hand meets the minute hand at 12, and the ticking comes to a full stop. The windows creak open and a breeze whispers in: “On the 8th of October in 2024, all hell will break loose in the places you most adore”. With eyes wide, you’ve realized: The Witching Hour has begun. 

What To Do Next 

Gotham City and The Midnight Masquerade Nightclub are in the center of all the commotion! Go to the House of Legends and speak to the Phantom Stranger (Heroes) or to Tala (Villains) to receive further instructions. To queue for “The Midnight Masquerade,” go into your On Duty UI and look under the Events Tab. 

Each day of the event, speak with Phantom Stranger (Heroes) or Tala (Villains) to kickstart your Witching Hour missions in your Mission Journal to complete and earn Spooky Bites.  

You must be at least Level 20 to participate. 

Travel to the House of Legends and start "Multiplayer Aerial Movement Challenge: Flapping in the Night". You’ll be transported to Gotham City, get transformed into a vampire bat, and embark in a race around Arkham Asylum!

Enter and beware of tricks while you look for treats! Raid the Fall Vault on a daily basis during The Witching Hour event to get themed freebies from the past! Find the Vault-O'-Lantern in the House of Legends for a special mission that treats you with access to this themed vault. 

The Witching Hour event will run from October 8th, 2024 through November 4th, 2024.
