"During a more prosperous time, this street was known as Park Row but over the years this area has become more dangerous and dark. Renamed "Crime Alley," this solemn place holds special meaning to Batman who began his crusade after witnessing the murder of his parents here. He revisits this site on the anniversary of their deaths leaving memorial flowers which can be seen by the few who still pass through."
